Our recent Ofsted Report begins: "The Dolphin School is a successful school with many outstanding features." Ofsted do not use the word "outstanding" lightly and to see it liberally scattered throughout the report is most gratifying. Our parents and teachers are rightly proud of the Report, which is to be found on the Ofsted website (www.ofsted.gov.uk).
I see The Dolphin School as providing a balance between old-fashioned values and up-to-date thinking; between a strong family atmosphere and challenging academic expectations; between building self-confidence and instilling consideration for others. It's a difficult trick to pull off, but we do it! We do it by having relaxed children in small classes taught by dedicated teachers with the support of parents.
